Eigen Interactive ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect a username and any profile details you provide.
Gameplay data: We collect game state, match history, and in-app activity to operate the service and improve the experience.
Device information: We collect basic device identifiers and OS version for crash reporting and compatibility purposes.
We do not collect your real name, address, or payment information.
We use collected information to operate and improve our games, respond to support requests, and detect abuse. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Our apps are distributed via the Google Play Store. Purchases are processed by Google under their own privacy policy. We may use crash-reporting services that collect anonymised diagnostic data.
We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us (see below), after which your data will be removed within 30 days.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
